Planning made easy and secure.

We all know planning ahead isn’t exciting, or fun. Honestly, it’s pretty boring and can be a bit of a slog at times. 😊

But it is necessary and it can be a big relief to know you have it done, just in case, because these plans can make an overwhelming difference in your own life, and to your loved ones, if something unexpected does happen. And let's get real, bad stuff can and does happen to the best of us, especially in this day and age.

To that end, we tried to make it as easy as possible to securely pull all of your data together in one place, so you can build both your estate plan and your emergency plan at the same time. 90% plus of the data needed for estate and emergency plans overlap. Having it digitally in one place not only makes it easy to share on the fly as needed when a situation pops up, but also makes it super easy to update. And you don't have to worry about a securely encrypted digital plan being stolen, damaged or destroyed like paper records can so easily be. You can also access it from anywhere you need to, and you can allow your loved ones to do the same.

Because we originally designed this as a platform for ourselves, families and friends, we have a ton of features for people in all situations. Please see below for a list of our current feature set - and we're adding more all the time.

Features Single User Single Family Extended Family
Data Limits/Pricing by Family Size

  • If you run out of data, you can add more to your subscription, with pricing based on the additional data volume you require.
  • For Single Family subscriptions, data will be visible to both users.
  • For Extended Family subscriptions, data will be visible only to individuals or those in your single family units, not to the broader set of extended family users.
    • *So while they might be part of a shared extended family subscription, grandparents can't see their children's, or their grandchildren's data, and vice versa, for example, unless specifically enabled under the separate data designate process.
20GB
of privately encrypted data for your planning needs
50GB
of privately encrypted data for you and your significant other to share
100GB
of privately encrypted data for your extended family* to share
14 Day Free Trial – Try it, we’ll think you like it! And just in case you don’t, or you’re not quite ready yet to start planning, we’ll remind you to cancel before your trial expires to avoid being charged.
Data encrypted separately from every other account’s data.

  • As opposed to when a site or bank gets hacked and 100,000+ user’s data is stolen in one fell swoop, at e2eplan we encrypt each account’s data separately.

This means that even if hackers somehow access our system, they’d still need to hack each account separately, one by one. Even then, only YOU have the private encryption keys, not us, which would make it super hard for them to decrypt the data. (See our security overview for more details.)
Wizards to walk you through creating your plan and make sure you don’t miss anything important, because life these days can be complicated.
Date Delegation, by who and when - Ability to pick when you’ll share data as well as with whom, at the individual data section level.
  • For example, you could share pet details with your dogsitter for a 1 week period while you’re on vacation, share your children’s details with your ex-husband right now, and share your estate details with your executor only if you pass away.
Referral Links – earn an extra month of data storage and gift one to a friend or family member. Just have them use your special referral link when signing up.
Send future texts or emails to your loved ones. Want to send a special email or text to your daughter every year on her birthday? You can set that up.
Downloadable PDFs (w/ QR codes) for critical items – Paper based records can be stolen, lost, burned up, water damaged, eaten by the dog, or otherwise ruined beyond repair and made unreadable.

Yet, sometimes a piece of paper can make a difference in time sensitive situations, so we offer configurable PDF’s with optional QR codes, for special circumstances including:

  • Wallet Card – with emergency contacts, medication or medical alert info, dependents at home notes, etc. Stash it in your wallet, phone case, etc.
  • Executor 1 pagers to file with your Will and other important estate plan documents.
  • “If I go missing” pdf’s you can email to a friend or relative, or post on your refrigerator, before a long hike, or an overseas vacation.
To Do Lists – easily track your open items in your planning, so your desk isn’t covered in post it notes.
Progress tracking – after you’ve selected which data categories apply to you, we can help you track your completion progress. There might even be fun games coming soon that you can choose from because yes, we’re geeks. Serious geeks. And everything boring is made a teensy bit better with a little gamification.
Multi-factor authentication - with additional options in case of emergency. We have lots of authentication options you can choose to enable, depending on what levels of risk you are comfortable with and your personal life circumstances. It’s your data. You decide what you are comfortable with.

  • Escape a wildfire with no tech and just the clothes on your back – we have options for you to get access to your data.
  • Want to only use email to log in and not your cell phone, there are options there too.
  • Prefer to exclusively use one time codes? We gotcha covered.
One Click “Flashback” – to take you back to where you were last at in your plan, with a simple click of a button. So you never lose your place, and can easily pick back up again where you left off whenever you have a free minute.
Data anonymity. We can only determine if there is data in a field, but we can’t see what that data is. When we say your data is privately encrypted, we mean it. By design, we made it so that no one other than whom you designate can see your data. Not even e2eplan employees.

  • This means if you upload a cute pic of Mr. Fluffy McFluffster instead of a copy of your Will into the Will data field, we’d mark “Will Uploaded” as complete in your progress tracker, because all we know is that the Will field has data in it. Since the data is privately encrypted and only you have the key, we have no idea what you uploaded. You have all the power. Use it wisely.
Data Sharing based on last login date – Don’t want to share data now, or maybe not even let people know you’ve created a plan? No worries. You can set up data sharing based on a configurable expiration date that’s tied to your last login.

  • For example, you’ve configured your mom’s contact information, including email address and phone number to be a data delegate for your account, with a time expiration of two months. If you haven’t logged in within two months, then at 2 months + 1 day, we will notify your mother and enable her to get access to your account data by sharing a password reset link to the email address you added when you set her up as a data delegate.
  • You will get text/email reminders one week, one day and one hour before your time expiration data sharing will go into effect, so you can log in and reset the timer, and avoid unintended data sharing.
Send date specific reminder emails or texts, to loved ones or yourself. As in:

  • “Don’t forget to register the kids for school and buy their school supplies.”
  • “Don’t forget to get Fluffy her annual shots.”
  • “Send mom her birthday gift by Oct. 15th - or else!”
  • “Don’t forget to get the oil changed every March and September.”
  • “Don’t forget to get the furnace serviced in early October. Remember winter of 2022! Warranty coverage in place through 10/31/2028.”
Data carry over between sections – Data can be carried over from one section to another for a single user or single family account, so you don’t have to re-enter it. For example:

  • If both your kids use the same pediatrician, just enter it one time for your first child, and select it from the drop down box for the second child.
  • If you use the same auto insurance agent for your car as your husband uses for his, if he enters all the insurance agent’s details first, you can select the same agent from the drop down box when you enter your own details.
  • This feature is not available on extended family subscription plans for privacy reasons. (Because maybe you don’t want your grandma to have the contact information for your therapist. Not that they’d ever share – but that wouldn’t stop her from calling them.)
Nightstand Drawer delegate – have stuff in your nightstand drawer, or elsewhere, that you really don’t want your family to find if something happens to you?

Set up a friend as your nightstand drawer delegate to handle it instead, and spare your parents or children the discomfort of knowing – well, whatever it is you’d rather they didn’t know.
Track data usage by user on multi-user subscriptions - Have an extended family account and wondering why you’re running out of data? While you can’t see everyone’s data, you can see data usage as a percentage on a per user basis.

  • So if your aunt has uploaded two decades worth of her vacation photos and used up 70GB of space on the shared extended family plan, you’ll be able to see that she’s using 70% of your available plan’s data (but you won’t know about the photos unless she tells you).
Pre-plan and share your wishes, just in case – We have sections where you can cover off on everything from aging in place, to your healthcare desires in case of unrecoverable illnesses or total incapacitation, to pre-writing your obituary and pre-planning your memorial or wake. Any clarity you can provide ahead of time that can ease your family’s mind during a very difficult time can be extremely helpful to them, and pre-planning can offer you reassurance as well.
